Needle Felt a Fiber Painting of a Whimsical Goldfinch

On Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-2pm the talented Irene Heckel returns to FENCE to teach one of her popular needle felting classes. Irene will teach students the skills to create a unique piece of art using fibers.

Here is a chance to use needle felting to create a fiber painting of a whimsical goldfinch that is sure to brighten your day! We will be using a prefelt background with the design on it and using wool fibers to help fill in all the colors. We will be blending colors to create shading and learning other techniques to enhance the 8 x 10 image. A fun way to explore another needle felting aspect. Good for beginners or those with a bit of experience.

Space is limited, pre-registration is required. Class fee is $55 per person, all supplies are included in the class fee.
