Each participant will learn the hands on process of log inoculation using shiitake mushrooms. Participants will learn how to grow and care for their mushrooms and each will take home their own mushroom log. Call FENCE to register for this class at 828-859-9021. Space is limited-pre-registration is required.
This class is being offered at no cost thanks to the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation.
