On Sunday. March 31st starting at 9am, Greg Carter, of Deep Woods Mushroom, will be offering additional mushroom inoculation classes at FENCE. There will be a class offered at 9am, 10am, and 11am. Each participant will learn the hands on process of log inoculation using shiitake mushrooms. Participants will learn how to grow and care for their mushrooms and each will take home their own mushroom log. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Call FENCE to register for this class at 828-859-9021. There is a $15 fee per person for this class.
