TROT Annual Student Horse Show, 9 am Saturday, Nov. 17, FENCE Equestrian Center Free admission, open to the public. Rain or shine. Bring a lawn or camp chair. Refreshments available. Students from Therapeutic Riding of Tryon, a program of FENCE, will be showing in trail and equitation classes. Judge Caroline McSwain. Vaulting demonstration. Silent auction of "Dali Hooves" paintings by the TROT therapy horses.

The Sparkle City Brass is a professional brass quintet based in Spartanburg, SC. They have a wide repertoire of music, ranging from traditional baroque and classical standards to jazz, Dixieland and popular songs.

The 2012 traditional Foothills Equestrian Nature Center (FENCE) Holiday Barn Tour will be held at the FENCE Horse Show facility. As in years past, exhibitions of equestrian disciplines and equine breeds available in our foothills will be featured.

The FENCE concert is sponsored by the Kirby Fund, will feature two "mature," in fact, 90 year old musicians, Joseph and Kathleen Erwin. They met while both were students at The Juilliard School in New York City. After both graduated, Joe added "Music Education" to his focus when he accepted Juilliard's invitation to join the faculty. Joe says: This Fence program will be entitled; Transforming Life's Dissonance into Consonance. Like all Fence programs, no tickets are required and all are welcome to this hour of music, followed by special refreshments.

Invasive Species Removal at FENCE Mar 19, 2013 from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM — FENCE Center,

This invasive special removal work day that will be held on the Wildwood Trail at FENCE. Volunteers are needed, so please contact FENCE at 828-859-9021 or education@fence.org. Lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge for all volunteers.
