Forest Bathing: Harmonizing with the Seasons

Certified guide, Kelly Bruce, will hold sacred space and lead you on a gentle journey through four seasons, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) and nature therapy together for a restorative experience. Together, we'll explore, reflect, and strengthen our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the more-than-human-world. We’ll celebrate each season in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony.

Bring an open mind, an open heart, and let Mother Earth be your guide. All are welcome.
