Facility Rental Rates

House Use:

·         Weekday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

-          4 hours or less: $300

-          More than 4 hours: $600

·         Weekday (5:00pm – 10:00pm)

-          5 hours: $400

·         Weekend (9:00am – 10:00pm)

-          4 hours or less: $500

-          All day: $1000 (includes use of the building for day before and day of event)

Pavilion:

·         Weekday/Weekend (8:00am – 10:00pm)

·         4 hours or less: $100

·         More than 4 hours: $200

Room Dimensions

Foyer: 17.5ft. x 18.5ft

Great Room:  22.5ft x 31ft

Dining Room: 15.5ft x 21.6ft

Outdoor Pavilion:  20ft x 40ft

Kitchen: Commercial Stove, 1 dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of counter space

Some restrictions apply to outdoor/indoor use. Please contact us for those restrictions.

These are the rates for FENCE’s basic facilities.  Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and the use of other parts of our property.

A refundable security deposit is due in advance upon signing FENCE’s rental contract.  The deposit is 20% the total price of your rental and will be returned to you as long as the facility is cleaned and put back the way it was found.
