She spent three months in the Wildlife Management Studies program with the School for Field Studies learning about everything from native language and culture to human-wildlife conflict and ways to mitigate it.

If there is one theme prevalent throughout that entire country it would have to be Pagodas, the golden Buddhist temples which are constructed in the hundreds of thousands across the land. Wherever he ended up, he could always be certain to be welcomed by one of these looming golden spires. Preston will talk about train travel on British colonial era railways, traditional Burmese marionette performance and crawling through the dusty chambers of ancient stone temples. He'll also bring along examples of Burmese textiles, currency, and a few audio recordings he made while visiting!
