Foyer, Great Room/Dining Room & Kitchen:

Groups of 50 or less...... $350 day use, $600 evening use
Groups over 50 guests.....$400 day use, $800 evening use

Potter Pavilion (adjacent to Great Room):

Groups of 50 or less......$100
Groups over 50............$150

Apartments:

Two-bedroom, $60 per night;  One-bedroom, $50 per night; $75 per night

A non-refundable security deposit of $200 is due in advance to secure your reservation.
