Facility Rental Rates
House Use:
· Weekday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- 4 hours or less: $300
- More than 4 hours: $600
· Weekday (5:00pm – 10:00pm)
- 5 hours: $400
· Weekend (9:00am – 10:00pm)
- 4 hours or less: $500
- All day: $1000 (includes use of the building for day before and day of event)
Pavilion:
· Weekday/Weekend (8:00am – 10:00pm)
· 4 hours or less: $100
· More than 4 hours: $200
Apartment Rental
Overnight guests are welcome at FENCE. The Hill View Apartment is tucked away under the gabled roof and sleeps four. The Whitetail Lodge Apartment offers a great view of the Cross Country Course, a pool table and sleeps seven comfortably. Both apartments feature a full kitchen and bath and are pet friendly. Pleasant walks, great views and wildlife are just steps away. For equestrian competitors, the FENCE Equestrian Center is minutes away. In warm weather, guests can step out to a covered, wrap-around porch leading to a pavilion that’s perfect for a picnic.

· Hill View Apartment: $125.00/night
· Whitetail Lodge Apartment: $150.00/night

Dining Room: 15.5ft x 21.6ft
Outdoor Pavilion: 20ft x 40ft
Kitchen: 2 stoves, 1 dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of counter space

These are the rates for FENCE’s basic facilities. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and the use of other parts of our property.
A refundable security deposit is due in advance upon signing FENCE’s rental contract. The deposit is 20% the total price of your rental and will be returned to you as long as the facility is cleaned and put back the way it was found.
