FENCE Community Yard Sale-Rescheduled due to weather for October 17

FENCE Fall Community Garage Sale is a long running sale is set for 8am to 12pm. This sale always has something for everyone. All proceeds are kept by the seller. Hospice Thrift Barn of Landrum, SC will have a truck on site if you wish to donate your un-sold items to this worthy charity. A small fee will be charged to rent a stall space.

Astronomy Program - Venus in the Evening Twilight

The Foothills Astronomical Society sponsors a program each month at FENCE. Programs start at sunset and last as long as you want to stay. Telescopes are set up to view stars and planets, and a great variety of interesting and beautiful celestial objects. The astronomers are friendly and informative, and you do not have to have any knowledge of astronomy in order to have a good time. Programs are canceled in case of cloud cover or rain. Please park at the main building and walk to the top of Hawk’s Ridge.
