Invasive Plant Removal
Cancelled due to weather. Please check back for reschedule date in May. In support of National Volunteer Week, April 16th – 20th, FENCE is hosting an invasive species removal project. Invasive plants destroy countless acres of native habitat. They often decrease or eliminate the biodiversity that exist within these ecosystems. Removing invasives helps to restore that biodiversity.

Invasive Species Removal at FENCE
This invasive special removal work day that will be held on the Wildwood Trail at FENCE. Volunteers are needed, so please contact FENCE at 828-859-9021 or education@fence.org. Lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge for all volunteers.
