FENCE is delighted to present a unique afternoon of music provided by duo bassoonists Karen Molnar and Rosalind Buda. Join us in the Great Room
The bassoon is a woodwind instrument that is seldom heard in a solo or chamber setting, but has a beautiful and extensive repertoire. Bassoonists Karen and Rosalind seek to introduce you to this charming, sonorous instrument in an afternoon of music that will take you on a journey around the world. Solo and duo pieces by French, German, Brazilian, and American composers will be featured on the program. Karen and Rosalind also delight in sharing tidbits and tales about their instrument, and will share these throughout the program. Be sure to stick around after the performance to mingle and snack on light refreshments.
