Everyone loves birding in the spring and there are few places nicer than the Carolina Foothills in April. The flowers are opening and the birds are all singing. Brown Thrashers sing their rich songs from the treetops and Eastern Bluebirds are probably already on eggs, and the first broods of Carolina Chickadees and Tufted Titmice may have already hatched. We hope to enjoy warm weather and birdsong on a beautiful spring day.

This event is made possible by the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation. .
