Rhonda has received training from The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in the areas of Group Exercise, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, and Personal Training. She has also trained in several different types of Zumba® including Basic levels 1 & 2, Zumba Toning, and Zumba for Kids. She puts her training to use each week leading various classes in Tryon, such as Kickboxing, BodySculpting, Boot Camp, and a special senior fitness class called Use it Or Lose it. Rhonda has been in the fitness industry her whole life, starting her first class when she was just 13 years old, teaching and Urban Rebounding class on miniature trampolines.
