DESCRIPTION:This long running event is always a family favorite in the
  community. Get outside and enjoy springtime at FENCE on this fun day.
  It’s always a great time flying kites up on Hawk’s ridge and enjo
 ying the wonderful view of community members flying kites and having f
 un together. FENCE will provide kites to the first 200 children who ar
 rive and there will be drinks and snacks for all who attend the event.
