FENCE/PAC Saturday Hikes

FENCE and the Pacolet Area Conservancy are pleased to offer our Saturday Hike series. More destinations, more variety in terrain, and more hikes! Please read the important information below!

Unless otherwise noted, all hikes leave at 9AM from the FENCE Trail Shelter, just inside the main gates, from the PAC offices on Route 108 in Lynn, or from the Food Lion or BiLo parking lots in Columbus. Hikers should be at the meeting site by 8:45am. See each hike's description for the meeting site, where car pooling to the trail head, if necessary, will be organized. Wear proper clothing and footwear and bring plenty of water. Children should always be accompanied by an adult. No dogs are allowed on the hikes. If you have allergies or other health issues, remember to bring your own medications.

Hikers need to be in good enough condition to walk at a moderate pace and complete the mileage indicated for each hike. Use the indicated difficulty level for each hike as your guide: Code: D=distance E=easy, M=moderate S=strenuous.
